Sir,

I am directed by the Comptroller and Auditor

General to transmit a copy of the Annual Account of the

Treasurer of Hong Kong for the year 1907, to which is ap-

pended the certificate of the Comptroller and Auditor Gene-

ral, together with a copy of the Statement of Assets and

Liabilities of the Colony on 31st December 1907.

2. I am at the same time to present the Report of

the Comptroller and Auditor General on the Account and to

request that the Detailed Statements of Revenue and Ex- penditure, transmitted therewith, being in original, may

be returned.
